The Filson Historical Society Annual Staff and Board Retreat
During The Filson Historical Society’s annual Staff and Board Retreat, Henrietta presented a broad scope of branding work that will help propel the organization into 2024, its 140th Year Anniversary. Henrietta has been working with The Filson and its designated Branding Initiative Task Force since 2022 to strengthen its foundational branding elements and overarching Brand Story.
American Water Works Association
In October, the Kentucky/Tennessee American Water Works Association hosted its Fall Leadership Retreat in Covington, KY. Henrietta was honored to facilitate workshops to assist in solidifying its refreshed brand identity and messaging approach.

UofL Building Powerful Brands class
We welcomed representatives from MI2 (Metals Innovation Initiative) to UofL's Building Powerful Brands class to review the students' work on building awareness about the impact of Kentucky's metals industry and the great work MI2 is doing to elevate the industry brand.
The Metals Innovation Initiative (MI2) is a Kentucky-based nonprofit that provides collaborative, industry-led executive leadership to attract and promote advanced research, sustainability, commercialization and talent development in Kentucky’s metals industry–and, ultimately, for Kentucky to be seen as the preeminent destination for metals innovation. The Commonwealth’s metals industry includes more than 250 facilities, employing more than 36,000 people statewide.
