Methods
Internal & External Strategic Insights Gathering
Understand the mindsets and key drivers of your internal/external stakeholders via one-on-one interviews, roundtables, quantitative studies, etc. Methodology would be designed around your business’s strategic challenges and/or opportunities.
Facilitating Staff & Customer Discussion Forums
Garner collective thinking by conducting discussion groups with representation of internal and external audiences. Leave the facilitation to Henrietta and leverage the insights to apply to actionable strategies and tactics. Sessions can be one-off or conducted as a series.
Team Coaching
Facilitating team building discussions and activities to help solve internal conflict, encourage collaboration, problem-solve, and ideate. Sessions can be customized depending on your business’s areas of focus.
