Amidst the current crisis, Westfall Technik ‘s ‘ALL IN’ mission remains steadfast as we continue to provide capabilities and services within the healthcare, consumer package goods and light industrial sectors.  We are 100 percent operational with our three world-class toolmakers and numerous domestic manufacturing plants.

Westfall Technik is categorized under the exemption for Essential Businesses as one of the 16 critical infrastructure sectors producing products and tools for Healthcare and Food/Agricultural sectors.  Therefore, all our Member locations remain open. Be assured, all offices and site locations are activating the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) precautions to avoid exposure and transmission of the virus among our associates.

• Immediate Emergencies:  Our 400 injection molding machines, 1500+ associates and multiple plastics manufacturing sites are addressing our customers’ increasing emergency needs, including manufacturing and assembling of critical components for testing and treating COVID-19.  

• Need for Speed: As the largest manufacturer of micro tooling in North America, we offer innovative tooling solutions for all industries.  If you need a mold built, we can expediate production and (depending on mold complexity) be in production in as little as 6 weeks.

• We Have the Parts:  if you need parts for FDA approval, we can have working parts (made from any resin) within weeks, or even days, in some instances.

• End-to-End Solutions:  Multiple sites, within our network, offer kitting, packing and clean room assembly of medical devices, disposables and supplies. We have the east and west coast facilities operating, as well as a Tijuana-based site.
